RESOLVED that the RM of XXXX supports the Elton Energy Cooperative (EEC) model of community-owned renewable energy based on ownership, transparency, participation, cooperation and economic benefits to Manitoba communities, and further supports EEC and Association of Manitoba Municipalities in lobbying the Government of Manitoba and Manitoba Hydro to implement the model province-wide.
